Nike 〰️
Finding new ways to talk about hard-to-describe shoes.
We carved out a weird niche as the team that Nike called on when they were struggling to find a unique story to make sense of products. Part strat solution, part creative execution, we repositioned the products and created ideas that lived across social and beyond.
Nike Zoom Flys
A pro running shoe or an affordable fashion trainer? The Zoom Flys were confusing. We made a virtue of the middle-ground-ness: making them an everyday fashion shoe, for people constantly on the move – so busy doing cool stuff that they’re always running late for the next cool thing.
Our Gotta Run campaign led with a series of films which saw rapper Kelvyn Colt rushing from one moment of his life to the next. Shot to be played one after another in Stories. The UK campaign was so successful it was rolled out across Europe – adapted into local markets, reimagined with regional talent.
Nike AM97
When Nike asked us to relaunch the Air Max 97, we knew we didn’t want to go retro. The shoes were designed to look like they were from the future, so 20 years later we wamted to prove they were still lightyears ahead of the competition. Future Forward put the AM97s on the feet of six future-legends. People like Kylian Mbappe, rising UK musician Dave and some guy called Marcus Rashford. We put them at the centre of a classic street-style shoot, which was given a Blade Runner twist, transporting them to a psychedelic futuristic cityscape.
